I want to know how to do this eye-makeup style and what products are needed. I want products that will stay on and not smudge or anything like that but will be easy to wash off. And nothing expensive. I want products that I can buy at stores like Target, Walgreens, %26amp; Wal Mart. THANKS!How to get this eye-makeup style and what products needed?
didnt you ask this freakin question yesterday. How to get this eye-makeup style and what products needed?
Use black eye pencil from one corner of the eye to the other, and give it a slightly thicker line at the outer edge. On the lower lid, get along the inner rim of the eye, from one corner to the other. The rest is an eye shadow trick. Use an eyeshadow brush (not the sponge thing that comes with the makeup - an actual eyeshadow brush!) and use a black shadow along the pencil line on the top lid, and outer corner of the eye. Take a medium brown matte and go over the eyelid from the lined area, up to the eyelid crease. Then use a matte off-white or taupe to highlight along the brow bone. It's a really basic makeup technique, but the liner may take some practice. Make sure your brows are well groomed because the white/taupe will really make brows show up.

PS. Nothing is smudge proof, especially eye makeup. Just don't rub your eyes!
You can't really see much in the picture. I would say that it's a Kohl eyeliner pencil underneath her eyes smudged down with a Q-tip, and on top it is fanned out at the outer corner of her eyes (which is usually done with liquid eyeliner) but since it seems blended out it is probably done in the Kohl pencil liner and smudged again.
you can barely even see what the hell shes wearing as eye makeup, this was a stupid question but 2 points for me!!!
