Eye shadows in bright colors like hot pink (from hot topic) aqua, green, and purple with black eye lined eyes. Like if you put on the pink eyeshadow and then line your eyes with the black eye liner. Do you like it or does it look bad? Is it scene makeup?So you think this eye makeup looks good or tacky?

If you do it well so that you just have the hue of the color or like a little bit of the color but just on the outer corner, then it could be pulled off. But if you have it all over the lid and it is pretty solid, not just lightly swept on, then that is tacky, scene, and bad.
I really think it depends on who it is on, and how it is applied.


Some people look good with there eyes like that, others not so much.


Also if you know how to apply makeup good, then it will most likely look good as well.
just a little bit of eyeliner. girls look good with a little, not alo, do black, charcoal-totally do NOT go with the bright colors, it looks tacky and weird
I wear my make-up like that when I go out. I love it, it looks wicked. But having said that I wouldn't wear it everyday because its too much and it would get boring to do.
No, I think it it's tacky, like a crossdresser. I think make-up should accentuate your natural beauty, not look like a clown face.
It depends on what you look like or what your wearing, if it matches then yeah, it would look good.

it should look great. also try lining your eyes with eyeliner not just on bottom but on top too. brings out the color more.
