put on a skin tone or darker brown eyeshadow and then create what is called the shadow eye ( eyeliner that is spread out around your eye) if you want a really good shadow eye get a covergirl eyeliner with the thing that looks like an eraser on the end this is what spreads eyeliner out around the eyeHow do I get my eye makeup to look like these girls'?
Are you talking about the caked on thick black eyeliner? Don't do it...it isn't attractive on anyone.
