EDIT: Yep its mascara. It just stands out on this girl more because her hair is so light. She could and probably does have clumpy lashes from the look of the picture, but you can solve that really easily by getting a lash comb. If you want really full lashes, you can wear fake ones.How do you get your eye makeup to look like this?
That is false eyelash, you could try a product of ';Benefit'; named ';Bad Gal';. That is wonderful for this makeup. By the way, do you play computer games in your spare time? black liquid eyeliner, it is more dramatic than pencil, and several coats of ';very black'; lengthening mascara. I use black liquid eyeliner and two different brands of mascara (one for volume, and one for length) one coat each. it works!

Also, use a light silver and cream colored eyeshadow to bring out the eye, oh, and some bronzer.

False lashes, the ones that have a combination of the short and long lashes. Those make your lashes look thicker.

and then line the eye with a liquid liner and retrace it with a brush to make it more smoother and add some mascara.
A really good black eye mascara that adds volume to your lashes. A little eye shadow and I guess a little bit of eye liner too
put on a creme colored eyeshadow.%26amp; then its just eyeliner %26amp; mascara. kinda looks like liquid eyeliner to me.
