Your opinions, did this girl steal the other girls eye makeup look?

I watch a lot of youtube makeup videos. And there is a whole community on youtube about makeup. This one girl [PoeticCosmetics] entered a contest for another girl [iluvmakeup21] and iluvmakeup21 posted a video the very next day of the almost EXACT same look! Coincidence? I think not. But everyone's mad at me on youtube for calling her out because they are all friends with iluvmakeup21. So I want an outsiders opinion. Do these look similar? And was it mean of the one girl to copy someone who was nice enough to enter her contest and then try to take all the credit?

just a coincidence. that looks is not a ';brand new , i-came-up-with-it-myself'; look. people have been putting those dots and that kind of shadow on for a long time. i dont beleive anyone ';copied'; anyone.
Oh wow, if you pause it at :26 on the first video, it's really obvious that she's copying! Plus, that poetic persons eye look is better anyway. Hers looks more professional.
I say Iluvmakeup's eye shadow looked caked on, the only thing similar was the little dots at the side. but Poeticcosmetic's looks better
The second video was so much clearer than the first one, and the Poetic one looked way better, i can not say that either one copied the other, cause the first video is not clear!
