Guys, do you like the ';smoky eye'; makeup look on women?

I read somewhere recently that men love the ';smoky'; eye makeup (like what Avril Lavigne and Kiera Knightly wear)...





I was just wondering if it's true?





Because every guy I've asked says he prefers little to no eye-makeup on women.

I wear really dark eye make up usually, and guys tell me it looks good. I guess it depends on what the girl looks like, %26amp; what the guy likes.
