I need a new eye makeup look.?

I have chocolate brown hair, brown eyes and fair skin. I am looking for a makeup look that will make my eyes stand out but is still subtle. I have been wearing a matte light champagne colored shadow and brownish black eyeliner but I think the shadow makes my eyes look dull and tired. I'm looking for something to make them look bright but I need a daytime look for work. I don't do wild colors or eyeliner underneath the eyes. Any suggestions?I need a new eye makeup look.?
try green, blue or purple. be bold.I need a new eye makeup look.?
First clean your eyes with a gentle makeup remover to get rid of any traces of eyeliner and mascara.Take an eyelash curler and squeeze for about 5-7 seconds. With your eye closed, draw a light line with an eyeliner on your top eyelid (don't worry if it isn't perfect, you can fix it later).

Open your eye and line your bottom lid with eyeliner. Use waterproof mascara on the bottom and top lashes. Make sure that you add more mascara to the outer lashes for a more girly look.

Take a lighter tan-colored powder if you have light-colored skin, and sweep it on just above the eyeliner up to the area where your eye creases and sweep up to your eyebrow. Use this same color and sweep under your eyes and in the corners (to get rid of dark circles and wrinkles).

Blend the colors so that they transition nicely, and make sure your mascara isn't clumpy.

Repeat on the other eye.

reds and blues go well together

Don't use orange-like foundation on fair skin, this will give a plastic effect.
Try a mauveish shade of eyeliner, that will make your brown eyes pop. Line half the bottom and see if you like it. If not, you can go back to just the top. Put some white eyeshadow on the inside corner of your eyes to make them look bright and awake. You can try some light blue eyeshadow, because that will contrast your eyes. Also you can try a light pink, because that will look nice against your skin. And if you use the light pink you can use a peach colored lip gloss to pull it together and make it look natural. Good luck :)
i have brown hair brown eyes and i use alot of silver and gold it rlly suites the colour. i use eyeshadow pencil thats glittery and shiner and use it as eyeshdow and eyeliner ! x
gray makeup will loook good on almost anyone.. it's really pretty
a lighter green or a maroon color mixed in with tan would look good
urban decay eyeshadows are greatt!
you could use something light and fresh. and keep in mind that it has to match with your clothes.
Go to maceys that what I did they tel you what colors you look good in
try like gold or silver it looks pretty on a lot of people

you can always blend other colors to create different shades
What I've been doing recently is putting a shiny brown eye shadow on the lid then using an angled brush and using a black shadow as a liner for the lid( just a thin line above the lashes will do). I then use a white champagne color shadow on the brow bone, under the eye, and in both corners. When I'm done I use mascara...it takes about ten minutes to perfect it and it's subtle but really pops because of the dark colors and the champagne shadow to make it stand out.

I hope that helped.
you could try a colored liner. if you use that you dont really need shadow. like some navy or plum liner. maybe take a brightning stick (Eyebright from Benefit) or just a white liner and put some in the inner corners of your eyes to make you look more awake. top off with black mascara

EDIT: Lol i think the same person is going around thumbs downing everyones answer
try greenish colors or smokey colors of chocolate and light brown
use copper eyeliner then put gold eyeshadow all the way around your eye for a shimmery look and on your eyelid.

it will look ammmzzingg on you!
I have about the same coloring as you.

I wear anything from pink to cream colored eye shadow to make my eyes stand out, but yet not look unnatural. Also using good mascara that doesn't clump, seems to help a lot.

Occasionally I will wear mascara that has brown or blue in it, to see what it does to make my eyes stick out, and usually it gets noticed.

Lots of times using a creme eye shadow in a light color is helpful, and stays on longer than a powder eye shadow.

I sometimes also do a thick line above the eye, just above the lashes, for a 60s type look, without the undereye liner.

Another thing I do, is if I have any darkness or shadowing under the eye I use a good concealer underneath the eye to hide that tired look.

I don't do any blue, purple or green eye shadow, that looks like something out of an 80s AVON catalogue (no offense to AVON, that was just the look back then).
a light sahde of pink like kind of a blush color you get me? it looks cute and subtle but a thin line of black eyeliner on top and maybe some black mascara and curl those lashes a bit
brown eyes look great with purples %26amp; blues, %26amp; as u want it for daytime, go for a really nice soft shades like lavender.

i wouldnt worry about eyeliner, a black mascara is fine to use %26amp; will help with making them look really nice

u could also just try a brown, gold or green for a more natural look but it doesnt always make ur eyes stand out aswell as the other two, but u could always try
Stick with only mascara. It is a really natural look that will make your eyes stand out. Use an eyelash curler to get them extra big. Hope that helped :)
go for some green eyeshadow. the hip collection has a sweet color combo that i use. i have brown eyes and fair skin as well with chocolate brown hair......i love this combo! even though its not an everyday look its great for a change. you could also try a silver/grey combo from maybelline. i follow the classic look on the back.
Look on youtube at pursebuzz for some ideas.
I am also a brunette with brown eyes and brown hair and fair skin. I really like using a darker purple or green eye liner - purple and green colors are great for making brown eyes pop!
put black eye liner under your eyes
I have been playing with some different colored eyeliners. Now before you disregard the idea hear me out.

Try a beige shimmery shadow all over your eye for a nice neutral nude look, and then take a jewel colored (cranberry, turquoise, Bronze) eyeliner to line your eye, it gives a subtle bit of color to help your eyecolor pop, without wearing bright purple shadow or being attention seeking.
try using blue colored eyeshadows. that is supposed to bring out brown eyes :)
