I adore this picture of her- I actually own this vogue and painted this picture for an art class.

What your going to want to do is get a dark brown shadow and put it on the very outter corner of your eye and blend it out into the crease of your eye lid. Repeat the process until you have a soft even coat- but it should remain just a little darker on the outter edge. Then draw a thick line of black eye liner from the inner corner of your eye out- really wing your liner out at the end. Go back and thicken up your liner of eye liner you drew until it's as thick as the picture. The take the black liner and rub it all the way across your water line. Put on some mascara on the top and bottom lashes and your ready to go.How, step by step, do I achieve this eye makeup look?
this is a very neutral look

Her skin looks flawless, so I suggest you to start off by applying foundation and conceal if needed

use a base colour preferably a pearly white colour eye shadow or a shade thats lighter than your skin. apply it all over your lids

you can either you a dark brown or a grey colour to contour your eyes, carefully apply the shadow to the crease of your eyes. start from the outer corner and blend in, you can go a little above the crease

apply fake eyelash

apply generous amount of black eyeliner on top lid as close to lashes as possible, you can use pencil or gel it doesn't look so much like she's used liquid. make it thicker as you come to the outer corner of your eyes.

line the bottom of your waterline, around the bottom outer corner of your bottom lashline, see how it's a lot darker? apply eyeliner there so that bit is darker (ON or under your lashline preferably on) extend the eyeliner inwards about 2 finger space, blend it a little so theres no harsh lines

use a light bronzer or a glow for the cheeks from cheekbone and sweep it dowwards.

apply a light peached colour lipstick

and you're done!
Actually this is a rather easy look to recreate, here are the steps:

1. Fill in brows with a eyeshadow color that is one shade lighter than you actual brows.

2. Apply a beige or light brown eye shadow to on your lids up to the crease. Then, apply a white shadow with shimmer onto your brow bone.

3. Apply either pencil or liquid liner on top and wing out and make it thicker towards the end. And line the bottom of your eyes as well.

4. Curl your lashes and get some false eyelashes strip or individual ones. I think fake lashes are key to this look because they create a lush look. Coat on some mascara to blend in the lashes and you are finished my dear!

Oh and to Lilly775, are you on ABB?? How funny we are such make up addicts!!
1. Apply foundation and cover up over entire face area-- make sure skin looks flawless.

2. Fill in eyebrows with a brown eyebrow pencil.

3. Take black eye liner and line the eyes-- making it gradually thicker as you get to the outside corner, and on the bottom, follow the same rule as the upper part except end it in the middle (to avoid the raccoon look).

4. Apply mascara as thick as it will possibly go (: Make it thicker in the outside corners.

5. Use an eyelash curler for your eyelashes.

6. Line lips with a nude lip liner.

7. Fill in the lips with a sheer lip stick/lip gloss.

8. Even though Angelina Jolie isn't doing this... smile (:
Here is a very similar look that works beautifully and the step by step products to use. ITS GORGEOUS!

Fake lashes

Thick eyeliner on bottom and waterline

Eyeliner with a liquid on top. Make it thicker as you get closer to end outside of your eyes. Look up cat eyes on youtube.
