Well since we both have dark hair and eyes, we have to stick with warmer tones so we dont look like clowns..lol...anyway I would choose something that corresponds with your outfit, for example if you are wearing something red, go with a really dark gray or if your wearing something blue, go with a really dark blue...

I use the bright green look with silvertones. I use Mark. It is a really great make-up. I am sure they have other colors that are as vibrant and appealing
I would march straight in to your nearest MAC store. The people that work there are all make-up artists. They have a fantasic selection of colors. You can even buy them in a small size (that fit 4 to a refillable pallet) so you aren't investing the farm. Visit their website to get an idea of colors available.

but i think that metallics are gorge with dark hair.


start off with a white powder base and put some black or dark grey towards the outside of your eyes. use white eyeliner at the middle socket bit to make your eyes look bigger. finish with a bit of grey eyeliner on the bottom rims but not too much in the middle, just concentrate it towards the outsides of the eyes.

i think you should still wear bright colours too though
you seem like you like vibrant things, i dont know your style and colors that look good on you, but the best brand of make up is MAC.


although its expensive, it has radiant colors.
if you want bright colours which much really suit you then i would have a look at the dazzle me dust eyeshadows..they come in SO SO MANY bright colours..loads of different ones..so you could still wear nice bright colours you would just be wearing different colours
