How to get hilary duff's eye makeup look?

The whole makeup look is basically eyeshadow.





She is only wearing eyeliner on her top lashline because she is wearing false eyelashes and the eyeliner covers up the glue.





I would suggest putting a brown eyeshadow on your lid, past the crease, and then take a big fluffy brush with a nude eyeshadow on it and blend the two colours together, so the brown fades as it gets higher. Then take a small brush and place some brown shadow underneath the eye.

if that doesn't do it for you then just try serching on youtube
put brown liner on the top lid and smudge it lightly with yer finger and do the same to the bottom, then dust yer eyes with brown eye shadow and then put a little bit of shimmery gold on top of the brown!!
