oh girl. Use dark glossy brown eye shadow and put some eye liner. It would be also nice if you will have some experiments n your eyes. But most likely use dark, shinny or glossy type of eye shadow. Don't forget to put some mascara.
No comparison. Number 2. All the others look very bland and your eyes are barely noticeable. Looks like no make up.
2 and 4

do a 60s winged eye look

What eye makeup would look the best with my eye color?

Just starting to wear makeup and wondering what eye shadow and eyeliner I should do on my eyes.

    What would look the best?

http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/kk238/GrApEJeAnS/Myeye.jpgWhat eye makeup would look the best with my eye color?
    black or brown eyeliner,

    black mascara,

and deep purple or green eyeshadow.

(:What eye makeup would look the best with my eye color?
i'd say some deep metallic browns, that would give your eyes a real sparkle.

and some liquid liner on top then abit of smokey black eyeliner on the bottom.
I would need to see your whole face.

but browns and golds look good on dark eyes.

stay away from pinks and whites.

purple or black liner (pencil or liquid depending on your look)

and a good thick brown mascara.
    Hi!

    you have pretty eyes!

Google green/hazel eyes and looks for them, or search makeupalley.com

    Fabulous sites!
black eyeliner, and some gray eyeshadow, w/ black mascara:)

How do i make my eye makeup look like...?

    this persons?

    http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb273鈥?/a>

i want tht two-tone eye shadow look and howd she get the hearts? How do i make my eye makeup look like...?
you need two different shades that can blend easily and look good toghether, then pt themon like that and blend it, you can also make your brush wet to blend better and the hearts i think there is soehing that you need to buy it's like a tube kinda like lip gloss and then you use the brush and put it on and you get hearts. How do i make my eye makeup look like...?
    1) Apply purple eyeshadow all over your lids, a little past your crease.

    2) Apply gold eyeshadow from your inner corners to about the middle of your lid.

    3) Add some dark purple from the middle of your lid to the outer corners. Blend, blend, blend everything together!

    4) Apply black liquid eyeliner on your top lashlines.

    5) Use mascara. (It looks like she used false eyelashes in the pic tho)

As for the hearts, they are probably either stickers or drawn on with colored liquid eyeliner or cream eyeliner.
buy two eye shadows, purple and yellow, and blend them smoothly together over your eye lids, starting with the yellow ending just above your crease, then shading the purple in up until your brow.

. for the hearts, use a small paintbrush, get it wet, and use the eye shadow as you would if it were paint, and paint the little hearts beside your eyes.

the blending part is sometimes a tough. use your finger to help blend them evenly.

    good luck!!
    1. You'll need a lose powder for eyeshadow. (EX: Loreal H.I.P. or MAC are great) Black liquid eyeliner, mascara, and colored eye liner.

    2. Sweep color one, like her gold onto your whole eyelid.

    3. Take color two, and BLEND it into your other color. If you need to, add more of the first color to make it stand out more. Just layer, don't add a whole bunch to begin with.

    4. Take your eyeliner, black in color and line your eyes.

    5. Add mascara.

    6. Draw the hearts with the eyeliner color of your choice on your cheek bone. =)

    Good luck!
it doesn't have to be MAC or you don't have to hire an expensive make-up artist

im pretty sure she did it herself

use yellow eyeshadow on the lid and purple on the crease

    cat eyeliner and false lashes

    rosy blush on the cheeks

the hearts are drawn on with eyeliner
The hearts look like stickers, check out these tutorials on you tube closet match I could find...you dont need to use expensive make up its the way you apply it :)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXddyK8eK鈥?/a>

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ob7lQBCFW鈥?/a>
just put on the yellow and as you get to the edge of where you want it just put less on and put the purple where u want it then draw in the hearts with face piaint or eyeliner jux experiment with it but make sure your hand is steady or get someone else to do it
The hearts are fake. She added them using the computer. Using a highly pigmented shadow, such as HIP, use a gold shade along the inner top lash line. Then apply the purple shade over your crease and to the outer top lash line. Stick with a shadow brush.
You dont have to hire a makeup artist! lol

Check out youtube! There are tons of makeup gurus on there that do these types of looks. Search for the user name MakeupGeekTV. Marlena is AWESOME with these types of looks!!
    go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=blx7bFpQc鈥?/a>

shes got like tons of instructional videos, if you type it in on youtube then I'm sure you can find some.

This is as close as i could get.

For the hearts, she probably used a stencil
put the orange colour on the inner half of your eye to about half way across you lid then the purple on the rest of your lid and up to your brow

the hearts could be eyeline i dno
Good luck,i doubt she did that herself, you'll just have to act like you're coloring a coloring book except on yourself.,better put it on real thick, looks like cream eyeshadow to me.
shading with the eye shadow, than colored eye liner

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>
I think it is better if yo put the golden/yellow eyeshadow first and then the purple one.

Nice eye make up maybe i should try this too.
There are good videos on youtube on how to make your eyes look like this. Search blended eyeshadow or smokey eyes.
Buy mac makeup and blend. Beautiful makeup though
k use the gold and use at the inner eyelid then highlight it with the purple
Hire a really exspensive makeup artist THAT IS THE ONLY WAY HONEY

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmFEeI1p9鈥?/a>How would i achieve this eye makeup look ?
She used a dark brown shadow on the lid with a shimmer to it, so what you would do is find one that you like the best and buy that kind. Covergirl has alot of shadows but victorias secret also does, and i have one from there that is about the same brown color. She uses a light light tan/gold shadow in the inside corners of her eye so i would first apply that light one (the maybeline dream mouse eyeshadows would be perfect they have a light, but not white, one that would go nice) so first put that on the inner corners of the eye. Then apply the dark brown shimery shadow on the lid and take the dream mousse used in the corners and put it right under the eyebrow (not too far down legit right under it) and it makes the eye look better like hers. The i would do a medium line of eyeliner on the top, NYC black pencil works great. Take the brown shadow and put it under the bottom eyelid. then apply mascara to the top and bottom lashes (loreal double extend in blackest black). If you cant find a good brown eyeshadow thats shimmery, you can always use the dream mouse in the light color and apply it to the corners and the lid and then find any brown eyeshadow and put that over the light shimmery lid. Then it comes out looking shimmery and the right color. Hope this helps a little. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Amanda
Use charcoal colors. Use liner then smudge it. Shadow around it and a little more liner. Then finish with a good mascara! Play first, for sure. Don't expect that you'll get it perfect the first time you do it. Make sure you perfect it enough where you don't look like you've gotten two black eyes.

    Just play.
apply the shadow, and then get a cotten bud, and wipe it to make it smoky looking

    good luck
    its the smokey eyed look.

    good luck

  • How can i wear dark eye makeup without looking gothic?

i think i give people the impression that im goth cause i like black but on the inside im almost a prep how do i tone it down oh i have dark brown hair ,brown and green eyes, and rele light skin. How can i wear dark eye makeup without looking gothic?
You could try some bronzer or blush. Both would be very non-goth. Another option would be to use a color other than black for eye makeup and try a dark purple or gray. How can i wear dark eye makeup without looking gothic?
use a bronzer and a blush so your skin is not to fair, apply the dark eyeliner thin, too thick is overwhelming
    Wear sunglasses.
use a thin tipped eyeliner so it softens the look and doesn't drag your eyes down. wearing a dark brown mascara also gives you dramatic lashes without the goth effect because it looks more natural.
i wear black make-up and im blonde and ppl think im a prep and i am i think it might be what i wear though just wear non black clothes gray is o.k but just make sure u have a pair of faded jeans on
try using a different colored eyeliner.. like brown for example.. and yes bronzer along w/ that would look great
try more lighter colors like purple.wat i do is i put a dark shade on the lid first and then above the lid put a lighter color. go to bella pierre.com or google it good stuff!
    JUS DONT OVER DUE IT
yes just add some shimmer to it with a they have cheap shimmer powders by bon bons at wal mart they are less than a dollar. as long as you dont make the whole look too severe try to soften it with glossy lips or a soft pretty hairdo and make sure to wear blush so that your cheeks are rosy and pretty instead of having one-tone pale goth skin (i used to have the same problems hope this helps)
it doesnt really matter what color your make up is but just try to wear light clothes like pink
yes, it is called the smokey eye. go to youtube- type in smokey eye and click on ';Sandy's Basic Smokey Eye'; or something liek that, it will show you how to do a smokey eye properly and not make it look like a mess.....good luck!
by not putting it heavily on the bottom!! Just go on your lashline thinly cuz it looks bad if you go heavy on the bottom, like in this pic: (She actually does down to the bags of her eyes

    http://www.quotenet.nl/2006/03/21/goth.j…
you can apply black make up all the time without looking gothic. all you have to do is put a little bit. dont overdo it.
Im the same just make sure you don't apply too much which is where the gothic look comes from. If you use black eyeliner then use a baby pink on your lips to lighten it up. Remeber little is best!

Guys, do you really think that girls who wear alot of eye makeup look good? Like those with tons of eyeliner?

I think they look fake and silly, but that's a girl's opinion...Guys, do you really think that girls who wear alot of eye makeup look good? Like those with tons of eyeliner?
No.! Makes them look silly if you ask me.. Natural is that way to goGuys, do you really think that girls who wear alot of eye makeup look good? Like those with tons of eyeliner?
I look sexy with a lot of eyeliner.
My dear, it is not up to the guys to decide how I feel or what kind of makeup I should wear. I feel and wear the makeup that I like-
bad gal lash works! sephora.com or sephora stores
gothic people make a statement, but if your a normal person just do a little eyeliner on the top eyelid
No, I think they try too hard.
i think unless your on stage, stick to natural makeup earth tones. (im a girl too, lol) but i just wanted to share my opinion. like dont go with green or blue eyeshadow, but skin tones are cool. its the best way to look pretty!

What eye makeup would look good on me?

i'm Thai, black hair, dark brown eyes, tanned skin.

i wear a lot of black and turquoise. and i have the tiniest eye crease you'd ever find, i swear its practically nonexistent, so that's really hard with eye makeup. i just want to know, what do YOU think would look good on me?

honestly, i don't think you should do anything too dramatic. maybe just a light peach/gold eyeshadow, a tad bit eyeliner, and some mascara.

    kinda like this: http://www.bulletmag.net/columns/aboutfa鈥?/a>

:]What eye makeup would look best on me?
Well it looks like your eyes are blue, the complimentary color to blue is orange, so any color shadows that have a orange hue will compliment your eye color. I can really tell you more since I cant see more of your face, but you will want to use eyeliner in a black brown and mascara.

Here is a look that is good on blue eyes

    http://fileserver.glam.com/2/-2088445d0c鈥?/a>

the best way to tell what makeup suits you best is to see your hair colour, shape of face and hair length.

someone could say orange, and then youd turn out to have orange hair and it wouldnt look good at all. but if you had brown hair it would.

    so depends really.

    xxx
light greens- forest greens, blues aqua to deeper blue, purples lilac to eggplant, some mascara and a touch of eyeliner would look perfect. try using 2 different shades of the same color range. neutrals are good too.
I cant tell what color your eyes are in that picture. If your eyes are green you could use browns, light green, %26amp; earthy purples %26amp; reds. If your eyes are blue you could use shades of blue, purple, %26amp; pink.
wow you have pretty eyes :) i love brown eye because you can wear any colour of shadow. i think baby pink would look great on you.
Whatever matches your hair and eye colour!

But i think any kind of earthy colour like browns or peachy would look good on just about anyone.

    watch the video
first of all your eyes arent ugly. second of all i would try warm colors and earthy tones. use copper colors too

    light use of eyeliner maybe?

she uses then dark liner on the inside of the eyes that gradually gets thicker toward the outside but stays very close to the lashline. Her lashes are very thick (multiple coats of mascara i bet) and the eyeshadow she's wearing is a very natural shade --a bit lighter under the eyebrow to show a highlight, and perhaps a bit darker shade in the ';crease'; of the eye to give depth. Also, her eyebrows are very well shaped, which makes her eyes look more cleaned up. I DONT OWN THIS ANSWER ITS FROM A DIFFERENT ANSWER. the person said it worked well for them. How can i get my eye makeup to look like demi lovato's in this picture?
id reccoment a good mascara by maybelline.

a good quality eyeliner- the more exspensive it is the longer it will stay put i've found :) A kohl pencil for the lower lid and a liquid one to define the upper lid.

You should take this picture to a mac counter or any other make up counter that puts on make up for you and have them teach you how to put it on..I think this would be the best bet...I want to learn how to do my eyes like that also.
All you do is smudge the eyeliner and put it on very thick. It gives you the dark smoky effect. Then use black and dark blue eye shadows.
go to Sephora, take that picture with you and they will show you how to create that look and show you what products you should use.

i dont know what colors to use and a lot of times it just comes out to dark

here is a pic so u can understand what i mean

http://marycanaryforsho.buzznet.com/user鈥?/a>-any advice on how to make my eye-makeup look better?
it seems mostly the liner is the issue, and im not sure if you are wearing shadow.

    1) apply the liner lighter ( black liner is perfectly fine, bc its less makeup but more impact), try to apply it to the ROOTS of your TOP LASH line only and avoid the bottom ( if you want, you could apply it at the bottom if its night time)

    2) if you CHOOSE to wear eyeshadow, try a shimmering bronze brown color or a deep forest (meaning dont pick a bright color) green, it will make your eye color pop

    3) i personally believe that teenagers look a thousand time better with a deep black mascara and some liner on the top than lining the entire eye in liner

hope that helps!-any advice on how to make my eye-makeup look better?
wear purple and greens for eyeshadow use a highlighting color under your brow (just any light color) and then mascara on top and bottom lashes.
    a simple line of black.

    not too much.

    only on top of eye.

your eyes will look brighter and bigger.

your face will look a lot more fresh too.
Perhaps just going a slight bit lighter with your liner, and give it a slight smudge. What is approriate for a hot date will not work for your day job.
If eyes are brown, try charcoal gray or black-brown liner.

If a lighter eye color, try espresso brown, or navy liner.

Shadows look better if the brow bone is not highlighted much - try a 'flat' [ not shimmery ] color, closer to your skin tone for day; shimmer is for parties/dances.

light skin - light shades like mint, light gray, sky blue, light cocoa, lavender

medium skin - medium tones like jade, gray, smoke blue, tan, orchid

dark skin - more intense hues like hunter, charcoal, periwinkle blue, chocolate, plum
make sure you use a base colour (a skin coloured eyeshadow)

and be sure to remove all makeup properly (baby oil works good) so you dont have any 'leftovers' that may effect the outcome of the next colours you apply.

    Hi

Ya this looks good. Its simple and clear. i say it good because i like this way and not something like colored highly dark. i hope is fine answer to the questionDoes this eye makeup look good?
If you put some eyeliner on the top lid, it makes your eyelashes look thicker and longer.

And maybe a small amount on the bottom lid. Sorta like this.

    http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Art鈥?/a>

It will make your eyes bolder, brighter, bigger.

But if you just want mascara then its fine.
Yes, it looks natural. However, it's a bit too shimmery and one dimensional for my liking.
it dosnt actually look that visible to be honest. but it also dosnt look bad. =)
It too natural. Makeup also means color and this is lacking in colors-
Your eye makeup looks very good, I love your eye lashes.
    beautiful
.. -.- do you only have one eyeshadow? try for some dimension girl.
    yeh its looks natural

How do I get a lasting really dramatic look with my eye makeup?

I've got medium blue eyes. My eye lashes are pretty long. What can I do to really make my eyes pop out? Please include what products are really good to use.How do I get a lasting really dramatic look with my eye makeup?
to be really dramatic with your eye color i would use shimmery blue and silver with a very black.

first thinkly apply very black eye liner to bottom of eye and thin to the top lid

apply little daskes on top lid going into the lashes to make your lashes look extra long and than use a skinny brush to feather.

use a dark black eye shadow to do a quick swip on the bottom of lid than apply a thinker layer of meltalic blue to the lid going 2/3 of the way up the eye.

this will be dramitic but one thing u can do is use a white or silver shimmer to blend into the top.

now the ultimate long lasting water proof mascara is lash blast volume blasting water proof from covergirl.

i also have blue eyes and this is what i do to be dramitic.

have fun, good luckHow do I get a lasting really dramatic look with my eye makeup?
eyeshadow colors that bring out blue:

    -gray

    -gold

    -charcoal

    -brown(dark)

    -silver

    to make your eyes pop:

use any of the eyeshadows above on your lids. line your inner corners with a shimmery white eyeshadow and your outer corners with a brownish blackish eyeliner. your eyes will look enormous and beautiful!

even if you have long lashes you may want to add some mascara to make them more voluminous/curly/bolder color

    to make your color last:

-use a primer, i love urban decay!

-try cream shadows(they last longer then powder)

-set it with a finishing powder
I would say a smokey eye...but considering that you have blue eyes you might want to try a medium bright color like a navy blue or a dark brown with black eyeliner.....and if you wanna go all out try those cool different colored mascaras but make sure it matches your eyeshadow.
Du a darker color and maybe du the Cleopatra eyeliner look... Very spicy xD
liquid eyeliner on your top eyelid and bottom with a little flick at the sides, i use rimmel exaggerate :)
mary kay makes some good eyeshow primer!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_YCqDNen鈥?/a>Step-by-step instructions and tips on how to get this eye makeup look?
first you want to start with a foundation apply lightly and blend in throughout your face to even your skin tone. You can try something like dream matte mousse. Its easy to apply and remember less is always more. Next you'll use an eyeshadow with a little shimmer and using a brush not the regular applicator you'll evenly apply throughout the lid, adding a little more on the upper lid for extra color. Using a black eyepencil you'll careful line underneath your eyelid and then on your eyelid itself. Use a dark color dont press too hard because when you apply mascara it will darken the look even more. Make sure and draw an even line from the inside of your eyelids to the outside on both the top and bottom. For the lips line your lips with a lt coral/pink liner and apply a matching lipstick this will give the illusion of fuller lips without having to cake on too much lipstick add a touch of gloss since lipstick can dry your lips. And for the blush go with a natural color something similiar to the color of your face when you get a little flustered maybe even a shade lighter for a more natural look. smile dab a little on the apple of your cheeks and blend in circles dont concentrate on area solely so you dont look like a clown. and viola. look achieved.

    http://i12.tinypic.com/4pt4arn.jpg

explain it in steps. dont just be like 'eye shadow %26amp; lots of liner %26amp; mascara' thank you =]How do i get my eye makeup to look like this?
first your need to wash your face so there isnt any dirt or anything on it. next take foundation bare minerals by neotrigena is really light and works the best. next take eyeliner to make it look like the picture you need DARK eyeliner. as dark as you can find. then just take your time putting your eyeliner on. wut helps me is if you make little marks and then connect them. this will also help to make the line straight. then do the same on the bottom. next take DARK mascara. revelon 300x really makes your eyelashes long and dark. next take a natural colored eyeshadow and brush it on thinly. you can use a little blush but you dont need to. if u do use a light color. finally take a light pink lip gloss. just a thin coat.

hope i helped :-)How do i get my eye makeup to look like this?
try to find a champagne color or light beige not white though...put it on your eye lid then put a highlighting color under your eyebrow your total eye should now be covered, the pic looks like liquid eye liner so you may want to try that she has it applied on both the upper and lower, take part of t your finger pull the skin under your eye and apply your eyeliner on the outs of your eye you may wanna use a pencil (black)for that part. If your not comfortable with doing you eye make up you can always go to clinique in the mall and they will show you for FREE!!! ok now apply you mascara on both sets of lashes upper and lower. and now you look good.
to be honest that picture is quite blurry and i'm not sure what kind of accurate suggestions you might get out of that...

she just looks like she put one lighter silvery color eyeshadow all over her lids...lined her entire eye with black liner, and put mascara... honestly. that's all you can really tell from the picture, it's not clear enough for lots of detail.
find a smoky black eyeshadow and dim it with a little bit of cream eyeshadow and then apply mascara and maybe some black eyeliner!
ok first wash your face so it is not oily then put your eyeliner on in a thick line but not too thick or it will look bad then put on your eyeshadow craefully so you sont get it in the liner then just do whatever to your lips and if you want consealor and blush then do it
You really dont need shadow for this unless you aboslutely want to!

Unfortunately it really is JUST a lot of liner (smudge it with a finger or brush to get that broad line) and a TON of mascara. if you want a greater contrast, put a shadow a shade lighter than your skin town on your lid and just above your crease before applying liner.

Practice Practice Practice!! (or take the picture to your local beauty counter and ask the lil girl behind the counter to do it and show you how)
1.) apply a light eyeshadow right under the brow line and on the inner corners of your eyes

2.) apply a darker shadow to the eyelids

3.) then, in the crease apply the darkest shade eyeshadow, down to the outer corner of your eye.

4.) line the top and bottom lash line w/ eye liner

5.) apply mascara to top and bottom lashes

(it's best to get an eyeshadow trio w/ colors that go from light to dark)
get a soft brush and apply lightly
line the whole eye, both top and bottom corner to corner, in a dark black, smoke gray eye liner

use a dark gray eye shadow on the top, and either a dark brown could work too then the brown bone, top of eye use a light shimmer on the top

use lots of mascara! dark black

    to add some pop

under the eyes line it then have a shimmer under neath too, like the top of the eye or get a shimmer stick to use under the eye liner
Start with a clean face. Take black eyeliner - regular pencil liner, not liquid. Draw a line along your upper eyelid along the eyelashes. Do the same thing on the bottom and put more of a thick line towards the outside of your eye. Take dark brown eyeshadow and fill in your eyelid and you can even blend it lightly outward toward your eyebrow. Finish off with mascara on your lashes and put some more on the outer lashes towards the outside of your eye to give that ';fanned out'; look
ok well first apply a gold eyeshaddow then apply a really dark maskara, like black...lol. then apply a black eyeliner above on your eyelid and below your eye, and apply a lot of it. well i hope that helps and btw whos the photo of???
first curl ur eyelashes..then apply black eyeliner. thinner in the inner corner, thicker on the outer corner. then apply golden eyeshadow above the inner corner and apply black mascara
    this is silly question

What can i do with my eye makeup to make my brown eyes look bigger?

anyone have any tips??What can i do with my eye makeup to make my brown eyes look bigger?
If you want something to appear larger, apply a bright or light color. If you want to minimize something, or make it recede, apply a dark color. So, it depends on your eye shape. If you have a heavily lidded eye, apply a light or bright color to the lower lid, and smoke out the crease - or, in your case, the ';puff';.

You could probably wear any color eye shadow, but don't be afraid of color if you want someone to notice your eyes. Put white or silver eye shadow around the tearduct. Pretty!

Always wear liner for definition. And on the bottom, smoke out the lash line - and the inside rim if you dont wear contacts. Some people swear white eye pencil on the inside rim makes the eye area look bigger. I like black. I think its sexier. Try both. Some models use a blue pencil on the upper inside rim. This makes the whites look whiter (but you have to fix it ever couple of hours.)

Use mascara and a lash primer.

Study the looks you like in fashion magazines. What can i do with my eye makeup to make my brown eyes look bigger?
i have hazel (pretty much light brown) eyes, and i use blues and purples, and outline by top lid in black eyeliner, and use pearl black mascara...it makes my eyes pop.....i hope i could help
Use dark brown eye-pencil and light brown eye shadow.

    And a brown mascara.

Make sure your eye lashes touch the sky...
use eyeliner or pencil to line under your eye too (but not inside) and also go for light couloured eye shadows and use a darker one for the shade
I read in Instyle or Cosmo that applying a lavendar eyeshadow will bring more attention to your eyes. Don't go over board. I use a smude/eyeliner brush and wet it then apply the lavendar close to my eyelashes.
Purple eyeshadow, lime green eyeshadow, or red eyshadow.
wait... why do u want your eyes to be bigger...

i would think some other features you would want bigger... (just guessing...)
Use a light nude eyeshadow all over the toplid and line your eyes with a contrasting shade like purple or blue shadow. Use eyeshadow with a strong pigment like MAC/Stila/Bobbi Brown. My favorite purple eyeliner at the moment is Black Plum by Bobbi Brown. I use the Gel Ink but the powder shadow in the same shade is also available.

Apply dark brown or black mascara and always use an eyelash curler before applying mascara.

For extra drama, line your eyes (both upper and lower lids) with a very black eyeliner (MAC Fluidline or Stila Smudgepot) and skip eyeshadow altogether.
apply shimmer in the inner corners, and right under your eyebrows, it really helps. so does eyelash curlers and good mascara, and eyeliner.

    good shimmer is ';too faced first base eye shadow base:';

    its really good!

  • How do I wear eye makeup without looking trashy?

How do I put it on to where it accentuates my eyes, but doesn't look trashy or slutty??? I know you'll probably say to not wear a lot, but I just want to wear a normal amount, if that makes sense.

    thanks guys, god bless:]

How do I wear eye makeup without looking trashy?
I'd say the trick is to not overdo the dark eyeliner. If you do you kind of tend to look like you're trying too hard. I would suggest a touch of dark brown or black eyeshadow, depending on your eyes, maybe eyeliner on the bottom. When putting on your mascara, try wiggling the brush where your lashes meet your eyelid. It'll kinda make it look like you're wearing eyeliner on top! :-)

Or, try those Almay kits for specific eye colors! How do I wear eye makeup without looking trashy?
I put on a brown eyeliner (don't do black! That will look trashy!) on the top and bottom, then take a tissue and remove some of it. You want it to accent your eyes, not make it too noticeable. Put a on an eyeshadow that kinda matches your skin tone, or do some light color that matches your eyes. Apply to the lids. Then take a sparkley color and apply it between the top of the lids and below the eyebrows.

It's optional to put on a little mascara. Hoped I helped!
    here what you do....

    If you have...

Blue eyes: be in the brownish family

Green eyes: be in the plummish family

Brown eyes: be in the oliveish family

Grey eyes: be in the navish family

stay by your lash line... don't go way up by your eyebrow!

use a teeny bit of eyeliner on the bottom of your eye and a teeny bit of mascara

    Hope this helps!
Well I use about two different eye shadows that compliment each other.

I use green and gold. I put one from the inner corner of my eye to about the middle, and the middle to the outer corner. Then I blend the two together. I add some eyeliner and mascara and viola.
    Marie!

Go to a Mary Kay party one of your friends will probably be able to get you connected. They can show you how to apply without looking trashy. No I am not a dealer just a husband of a Mary Kay user. Good Luck!
I use a gold and darker brown for my eyes with the blackest black mascara. Black is when you start to look kinda trashy if you don't do it correctly.
    Do some natural eyeshadow.

    Mascara.

    Eyeliner on bottom.

try to put on less eyeliner. you may think you are putting on a little bit but you wont know until you put on less. and dont put on any eyeliner on the bottom only on the eyelid. and put a little bit of mascara on the lower lashes but not clumpy. then line the bottom rim of your eyes underneath the lases with a white or cream colored eyeshadow.

well first of all that is hard..that is high fashion make up...an is olny best for modles not regular plp...just me happy of what u got.How do I get my eye makeup to look like this?
A lot of that is airbrushed but mainly it's smokey eyes you can get by lining your eye with a black eye liner, then using dark colors (like grey or black) or eyeshadow and line around eyes (blending it in). use a light (pink as shown in picture) eye shadow for top of lids. Looks like she has fake eyelashes too..so for that look I would recommend that as well.

How do I get my eye makeup to look great?

I know how to put on eyeliner...sortof. but I never do it cuz im horrible at it!

But how exactly do I apply it all, and in what steps?

    Mascara, Eye Shadow, Liner, ect.

And where does the liner go?? Ahhh help!

Help! (Putting your directions in steps will deff get you a TENPOINTER!)How do I get my eye makeup to look great?
    1. Start off with your eyeshadow. Since you're new to all of this, start off with just applying one color to the lid for a simple, natural look. Neutral browns look nice on just about everyone, but feel free to experiment with other colors. Later when you're more experienced, try adding a darker color on the outer corner for more depth and dimension. There are many YouTube videos that teach you how to do this.

    2. The next step is eyeliner. You can use liquid, pencil, or cream. I find that pencil is the easiest for beginners. Apply a thin line on your top lid, making the line as close to your lashes as possible. If you have to, pull your upper lid out a little bit towards your ears to make your skin taut -- this will make it a little easier to apply the liner, and contrary to popular belief, it will not cause wrinkles as long as you're gentle. Apply liner to half of your lower lash line too -- this will make your eyes appear larger. Again, make sure it's as close to your lashes as possible for a natural look.

    3. Last but not least is mascara. You can get one for length, volume, or separation, depending on what you need. Start either at the middle or base of your lashes and work your way up. Wiggle the brush back and forth as you move upwards to avoid clumping. Apply only 1-2 coats, since more that that will probably cause clumps and not look natural.

Hope I helped. :)How do I get my eye makeup to look great?
firstly i abide by the primer rule. go out there and get a good eye shadow primer. it's like a base for your eyeshadow that prevents creasing and helps make colors look more vibrant, also it helps shade and blend makeup evenly. i use and swear by urban decay's primer potion. if you can't order it or don't have an ulta or sephora store near you, try a primer by revlon or almay, not as great but better than nothing.

here are the steps i go through each day:

    1. prime lids

    2. apply eye shadow. pat color on to lid and then gently sweep it back in forth in a windshield wiper motion either to your crease or to the brow bone of your eye. (depending on how your eyes are set on your face.)

    3. if liner is necessary. gently place your thumb below your brow bone and lift your eye lid (eye should be closed for this) lightly dash liner as close as possible to your lashline. don't worry if it's messy, you can take a cotton bud (q-tip) and gently smudge to get a nice light smokey line.

    4. curl your lashes.

    5. apply a nice mascara, and groom your brows.

    and you're done!

these are the best girls to learn from on youtube.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MY-LSYSoB鈥?/a> (she does great smokey eye tutorials)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YteItrxHM鈥?/a> (michelle phan is really good with liner)

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4Gr0lA1g鈥?/a> (she does everything, haha)
    Okay here goes:

Step 1: Put on some eye primer

2: Put on eyeliner on top of lid (try and kind of draw a line right at the root of your eyelashes)

    3. then i usually put a highlighter at on my brow bone

    4. apply your eyeshadow

5.apply eyeliner on bottom and top waterline

    6. put a TINY bit of eyeshadow on the lash line of your bottom lashes

    7. curl those babys and mascara! All Done :-)

    That's what i do anyway.
when i do my makeup i start with eyeliner, i put it on the top and bottom water line, and make a small wing where the top and bottom lid meet.

    then i put mascara on

then eyeshadow (i actually use two different eyeshadows)

then i put on a final coat of mascara just to cover up any eyeshadow that may have stuck to my lashes.

[i always do most of my mascara before eyeshadow because if you mess up and get it on your eyeshadow you have to wipe it off and start all over again...]
    1. Eye Cream

    2. Concealer (especially when I have dark eye rings)

    3. Then I work on the face powder part

    4. Eyebrows

    5. Shadows

    6. Eyeliner (near the lashes and a little at a time. Too thick and it will smudge when I blink) I always apply on top eyelids only as I have dark eye ring problem. if you want you can apply 3/4 of the bottom lid too, leaving the 1/4 near the nose blank. But its really tricky as the bottom lid part tend to smudge at the end of the day and I will look like panda or a horror character. Sometimes I use eye shadow on bottom lid instead

    7. Eye lash curler. Will curl from inside, Press and hold, proceed a little outwards, press and hold again.

    8. Mascara. Best to bend the wand in a angle. Apply lash from nearest skin up. Then finish off the tips. (there are some online videos on how to apply mascaras)

    9. Then I finish lips and blusher.

    Hope that helps!
well, here's how i do it:

    1) liquid eyeliner. black. draw a smooth line right above your top lashline (this could take some practice). At the outer corner of the eye, i like adding a little tail, sort of making a ';cat eye'; effect.

2)pencil eyeliner. black. Put it on the lower waterline, making the line thiiner in the inner corner of the eye, and bolder at the outer - where it meets the cat eye.

3)white/pearl eyeshadow. I use it in the inner corner of my eye and at the brow bone - right beneath my eyebrow. It makes your eyes look naturally, yet glamorously awake and sexy.

    4) mascara. black. two coats on the top lashes and one coat on the bottom.

    voila!
I think these girls will tell you more accurately than anyone here would.

    Hey :)

I have been studying makeup for the past year and am now a qualified makeup artist so if there's anything you'd like to know, message me :)

When it comes makeup, there arn't many rules.. and the order in how you apply eye makeup is up to you..

But.. the way i apply my eyemake up is as follows:

    1) Eyeliner - I usally apply eyeliner into the waterlines of my eyes first. I do this because it's easier to do it first rather than after the eyeshaddow and mascara as you're most likely to smudge the eyeshaddow/mascara by lifting your lids, etc.

You apply eyeliner onto the insides of the eyes by slightly lifiting your eyelids and drawing onto the line (pencil is usually easiest and less messy) and the same with the bottom waterline.

    2) Eyeshaddow - I apply my eyeshaddow after i have applied the eyeliner to my waterline. It's easiest to apply eyeshaddow before mascara as you may be likely to make a mistake or want to correct it if you're trying something new like a smokey eye.. so it's easiest to apply the eyeshaddow and if you want to correct it, you can easily remove it with a makeup remover wipe without taking your mascara off. (the eyeliner wont come off if you're careful because its inside your eye)

There are many ways to apply eyeshaddow. One of the most popular is blended/smokey eye. You do this by applying a base shaddow (a light colour like white or something neutral and then blending a darker colour into the crease of your eyelid and outwards. (Youtube have many demenstations.. just look up smokey eye)

    3) Eyeliner - You can now apply eyeliner to the bottom of your eye (under the waterline and on the bottom of your eyelid if you wanted to. This requires a steady hand and works best with liquid eyeliner.

    4) Mascara - Mascara should be applied by twisling the wand from the roots of your eyelashes to the tips.. this will ensure a good length and thickness. Also, if you open and close your eyes while applying the mascara it also helps to thicken and lengthen them!!

    Hope i have helped xx

What eye makeup would look good on me?

here is a picture http://s164.photobucket.com/albums/u27/h鈥?/a> i am the one on the way right. what eyeshadows would you suggest? my eyes can sometimes be green, and sometimes be blue. depending on my eyeshadow/shirt/lighting.What eye makeup would look good on me?
mace always worksWhat eye makeup would look good on me?
Depends on what you wear. If you prefer natural, then I would say natural earth tones, and brown eyeliner. (Think Jeniffer Aniston) I have green eyes and I use black eyeliner. I do apply it more heavily though. Another good color would be lavender. It will really bring out your green eyes! Golds look pretty too. If it is more dressy, dress up your make up more, if its just for bumming around the house, then less is more. Its really all about what you feel comfortable with.
    your gorgeous!

i think purples and metallic golden browns would be stunning.

purples accentuate green eyes and browns illuminate blue eyes . line the eye with liner in black or dark brown after applying shadow and then smudge the line a little with you finger and voila! amzingly gorgeous eyes!

    goodluck
I would suggest for you to wear a light pink on your lids for a casual day and for parties and nights out wear blue eyeliner under your eyes only half way and on the top of lids. and the occasional gold eyeshadow and black eyeliner.
It all depends on the shape of you face, and what look you are trying to create do you want to be natural, classic or do you want something dramatic.
Light shimmery colous or smokier ones. Light blue, green and charcoal greys ??

p.s ur wel pretty !! (jealous)
    Black or green
i would suggest smoky greys and some greens.

by the way, you are so pretty!

This look would be perfect for you:

    1) Line your upper lashline with a waxy black eyeliner.

    2) Apply a peachy pink eyeshadow up to the crease.

    3) And black mascara.

    For a fun look:

A black liquid liner in a cat tail design with some plum mascara is super cute with green eyes. What eye makeup would look good with my eyes?
Oranges and pinks will bring out your green eyes. A bronze color would be perfect. Just apply a thin amount of eyeliner because your eyes are already big. A bit of mascara and your good to go.
earth tones (bronze maybe?) try some glitter/shine too. with eyes as big and bright as yours, i would use a not-too-thick line of black eyeliner (pencil is easier) and some black mascara. hope this helped.
black eye liner, purple eye shadow, and mascara
    earth tones bud.

go for browns, and maybe greys. bring out your eye colour better. Don't do black....it will kill your face.
brown shades..earthy tones, will look pretty

yeah you just put the eyeyliner around your eye in a circluar motion and then you keep going untill you have done it like maybe 1/2 inch around your eye. (if you have small eyes go smaller if you have big eyes go for the whole inch) then your done. if if looks bad then your pressing too hard cause when you do that then it spreads out a lot more.I want my eye makeup to look like this (link) but it always looks like a wreck....any tips?
what kind of eyeliner do you use? liquid would prolly be the best to get that shape. i do it all the time. it's just a matter of keeping the outline on you eye. i use a ... i guess you could say pencil... it twists up and down for the eyeliner to come out. but yea... if you have that much trouble with it... then i would have a friend do it for me. it's easier that way, they can see what they are doing! lolgood luck
thats easy...haah...i love doing my makeup like that!

all you have to do is use LOTS of eyeliner under ur eye and a little bit above the eyelid...then put a darker color on ur eyelids and get some volumizing mascara and load it on there!! it took me forever to get the look right...so just keep practicing!!
i used to have problems with that too. Okay listen close.

    - Lots of dark eyeliner

    - Black or sparkly brown eye shadow ( i use Isadora quartet )

    - Take a small paint brush and put a top coat of the dark eye shadow over the eye liner

    - mascara makes a shadowy and more dark looking eye

    %26lt;3 Much Luck
It would be easy if you had a stylist or personal makeup artist. But that's hard. You might need to do research. Ask some friends or family, if they know.
Go to the nearest Estee Lauder counter and ask them to give you a make up demonstration for your eyes. They can download this link and make your eyes look like that or very similiar. They will guide you through every step and then let u apply it in front of them. Good luck.
    -Use lots of mascara.

-Outline your eye with a thick edge of black eyeliner, then use an eye makeup brush to soften it out using black eyeshadow.

-Use a pale color of foundation.

That's really all there is to it, and remember, practice makes perfect!
ya me 2 let me know when u get a good answer...
    It's actually not that hard.

Pretty much a lot of eyeliner.

Just keep a few Q-tips on hand in case it smudges while ur applying.

Any tips on how to get it? Serious/legitimate answers only please. I report any others as abuse. How do I apply eye makeup to have a really great smoky eye look?
This is a great way to get that smokey eye look fast and easy. After the instructions are links to get the supplies you need to create this sexy, high fashion look.

Line inside both the top and bottom rims with a black eye pencil, paying close attention to going into the the lash line itself.

Then, with the small eyeshadow brush, soften the black eye pencil line's edges.

Then apply black powder eyeshadow directly over the pencil and smudged. The shadow helps to set and further soften the look.

Next apply neutral brown eyeshadow encircling the entire eye area, be sure to soften and graduate outward (from the eye itself) for that perfect blended look.

And last but not least, apply black mascara on curled lashes to add just the right touch of sexy delicacy to the overall look.

your looking for a make up artist am your girl, but apply eye liner under an over the lashes area.than apply the deepest eye shadow you could fine in black than after apply the mascara for top lashes and bottom lashes but if eyelashes too thin apply false eye lashes its beautiful but not too much i don't want you to turn out to be a drag queen sweetie good luck i think it's special what your doing.keep suprising him with things
eyeliner around the whole eye, dark eyeshadow-dark purple or dark brown then some fake eyelashes to top it off and black masacara
1st: line your upper lid with a black eyeline (thicker in the middle) and underneath your eye use a slightly lighter color (like gray) and smudge.

2nd: use a light eyeshadow over entire lid and browbone

3rd: go over lid with a darker color but don't go above crease

4th: get an even darker color and starting at the lashline blend upward to the crease

5th: follow with several applications of mascara
go to eyeslipsface.com and go to shop E.L.F. then go to looks. you'll see a Smoky Eyes look. It will show u Good Luck!
This is what I do anyway, I call it the 'rock chick look'

How to acheive this look-The secret to this look is not paying to much attention to detail. Use a gunmental grey liner pencil instead of an intense black. Try to randomly line the outer lash lid and blend it onto the eyelid wth a small brush to give it that slept in feel. Don't taper the line towards the outer rim of the eye; this look has a rock chick feel to it so the line needs to be all one size.

    good look x
Well if you do a search you can find detailed instructions but they often leave out one very important step. Prep - Before you go adding a dark color to your eye area you need to prep it so the shadow doesnt go on smudgy looking. To do this be sure to put a good pressed or loose powder or flesh/light colored eye shadow on the eye first make the base a oilfree soft powdered surface or the dhadow will blotch - do this around your entire area where the shadow is applied - EVERYWHERE. ALso be sure when you apply your smoke color wheter it be brown or gray that you use a loose bristle brush and blend blend blend - do not use a little qtip style eye shadow applicator you must have looser bristles.
Well, make sure you use alot of eye liner to make your eyes look bold. Then apply black mascara and see if you can find a gray eye shadow. Start at the edge of your eyelid apply shadow as dark as you can, and gradually make the color fade and you move up towards your brow. The masacara and liner will make your eyes pop (which is totally sexy) and then the fading shadow gives it the smoky look.

    Hope that helps!

When I go for smokey eye look or use eyeliner, it just looks like I am wearing way too much makeup?

Or like a clown or have a black eye..

    How can I fix this?

or does it just seem this way because i look kind of younger.. or because i rarely use eyeliner or alot of makeup?

thanksWhen I go for smokey eye look or use eyeliner, it just looks like I am wearing way too much makeup?
Hmm, it might be because your eye liners too heavy. Try drawing a small line then smudge it along. It'll make the eyeliner look lighter and won't be too much. Or instead of using black eye liner you could try using a gray instead :) It might look better since you look younger.

Try brushing the black powder right on the lashes, it's less harsh than eyeliner.
hmmmm it could be just you..? Depending on what age you are? im 13, and would never do a smokey eye look to school or anything like that lol. I'm using black brown eyeliner on my waterline, and it just softens the features of the face.and its not like a super light brown so you can't see it, it's like a dark brown but so nice, maybe try that? :) %26lt;3

well for me i use 4 different shades i use goldish for the inner lid and then a pink on outer lid then i use a darl brown or dark purple on the upper crease and then white on top. i get compliments EVERY single day. it is awesome i love it. if u want bare look just use a soft color eye shadow with some mascara and also mild eye liner!!! like a soft brown or soft black to make ur eyes stand out more!!

there isn't really much there, basically, a natural tone eyeshadow, and a pencil eyeliner. Loreal has good mascaras, but depends on what look u want to go for. when u go to buy make up, u can tell them what effect u want and they'll tell you want mascara to get. i find it's better to go somewhere that they sell all different brands, but they don't have people promoting certain products, coz then they'll only recommend their own brand.

we have a shop called Priceline, and they're always really helpful
she barely has any on.looks like just mascara and faded eyeliner
Looks like she's just wearing powder over her face, liquid eyeliner and mascara. I like using Maybelline or Covergirl. Less is better, because your face naturally glows and doesn't need a whole lot of junk to cover up the natural beauty. In the winter, I'll wear a little blush, only cuz my face gets kinda pale. Otherwise, I just conceal needed spots, under eyes, and use powder, and I color in my eyebrows (they're too thin), sometimes wear an earth-tone eye shadow, and mascara.

http://photobucket.com/image/aj%20or%20a鈥?/a>How Can I get my Eye Makeup look like this? Pleaseeee!!?
I absolutely adore Angelina's look, she's so classic and timeless.

First I would even out your skin tone with your favorite foundation, I personally prefer a mineral foundation.

The apply a shimmery cream/white eyeshadow on the browbone and then a nude color a little darker than your skin tone and apply it all over the top lid and crease.

Next apply a brown eyeliner to the inner half of the top lid, but apply it very close to the lashline.

Then, apply a black liquid eyeliner to the outer half of the eye, gradually thickening the line and extend this line a little passed to outer corner of your eye to give it a ';winged'; look. Keep in mind the more you extend passed your eye the more exotic you'll look.

Then apply several coats of black mascara combing your lashes between applications.

Finally find a lip liner in a nude/neutral color and apply in all over your lips. Then apply a clear lipgloss and VOILA! You're done! How Can I get my Eye Makeup look like this? Pleaseeee!!?
Liquid waterproof eyeliner first and then trace over with a pencil eyeliner, start with a thin line and then make it thicker as you get to the end and then mascara on top and bottom
simple! just use a bit of eyeliner at the end of ur eyes and some good mascara. also put some white shimmery eyeshadow right under the eyebrows.....';D
its just a simple winged eye. use liquid!! eyeliner outline your eye and as you get to the end wing it up make it as think as thin as u want

How can I wear dark eye makeup without looking trampy?

I love how dark eye makeup looks. But every time I put on a lot of eyeliner to try and get that look, I always look like a tramp who just smeared a thick ring of black crayon around her eyes. How can I get a pretty dark eye makeup look without looking like a tramp? How can I wear dark eye makeup without looking trampy?
Be creative...ditch the black. Use another dark color like a deep, metallic violet or shimmery dark crimson eyeshadow. That could look very sexy and do more to highlight your eyes than black ever did, depending on your skin tone/eye color. Use a flat, soft, damp brush to line your eyes using the eyeshadow, and if you're missing the black, layer on some black mascara, which could stand out nicely against the color. have fun.How can I wear dark eye makeup without looking trampy?
You may be adding wayyyyyy to much mascara and eyeliner. When you glob it on it seems to be smeared alot easier than most.

Try using a primer (Vaseline) so it will stay on and not smear as bad.

I use pencil eyeliners because liquid smears badly on me

Eye Makeup on Milato Skin // What Looks Good?

    Heeeey ^.^

Could any of you fabulous girls walk me through eye makeup styles that look good on girls with creamy brown skin? Not anything too striking, but something that will look gorgeous on a teenager at school.

    Thankies girls!

Joo.Eye Makeup on Milato Skin // What Looks Good?
Both light and dark colours. On dark skin, silvery whites can look very eyecatching. As can light blues, shimmery creams, greys, and even shiny charcoal at night, to make a smokey

    eyed look.

You should wear a darker shade up to the crease of your eyes, and then a light shade like white, cream, or silver up to the brow bone.

It also really depends on your eye color, if you have very dark eyes, like many people with darker skin, you can use lovely warm russet colours, pinks and browns, to warm up the face.

If your skin is sallow, avoid all yellow and orange shades however.

Less is more, blending is the secret, set your foundation, which can also go on your brow bone, with loose powder, and then apply eye shadow, blending upwards, your finger is fine to blend with.

i would say soft pinks or light blue or light purple. pretty much anoything soft yet colorful
mabey you could use bright colors like pink.
definetly blue it will bring out your eyes if you wear black since you have fair skin it will make you look more pale or try skin tones
I think green shades would look good. My sister has fair skin and brown hair also, and green shades look amazing on her. Pinks would also be good. Just stay with softer colors, and not extraordinarily bright ones.

    Hope I helped.
Well i find what looks the best is what color is the second most dominent color in your eye for example my eyes are mostly green with copper so i use copper colored makeup and it looks pretty good.

    Hope this helps.%26lt;3
I think a light green or a light brown would do the job perfectly. Also, if you find light green and light brown eye shadow, you could use both to make a color that would bring out your eyes without being too over the top.

How do u make your eye makeup look dark and like cat eyes?

I WORK FOR MAC MAKEUP SO I CAN HELP YOU WITH THIS...

FIRST, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NICELY SHAPED EYEBROWS..WHICH MEANS EITHER GETTING THEM SUGARED (WAXED), OR JUST PLUCKING THEM TO ENSURE A NICE ARCH SHAPE.

GET AN EYESHADOW THAT IS LIGHT PINK OR LIGHT BEIGE TO USE AS A HIGHLIGHTER. YOU NEED TO HIGHLIGHT YOUR ENTIRE EYE AREA STARTING WITH THE LID AND MAKING YOUR WAY TO THE EYEBROW..BE SURE TO BLEND IN THE COLOR SO ALL IT DOES IS HIGHLIGHT THE EYE AND BRING THE EYES OUT. THEN GET A DARK BROWN,GRAY OR BLACK AND START AT THE CORNER OF YOUR EYELID AND WORK YOUR WAY INTO THE CORNER OF YOUR EYELID. YOU SHOULD USE BRUSHES FOR THIS BUT YOU CAN USE SPONGE APPLICATORS IF THAT IS ALL YOU HAVE.THEN BLEND,BLEND,BLEND...MAKE SURE IT IS NOT TOO DARK BUT JUST HIGHLIGHTS THE CREASE OF THE EYELID.

NEXT, TAKE A DARK PENCIL EYELINER AND LIGHTLY PENCIL IN FROM LEFT TO RIGHT A LINE ON THE UPPER EYELID, THEN TAKE THE DARK EYESHADOW AND BLEND OVER THE PENCIL LINE.

YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME TO THE BOTTOM LID AND HIGHLIGHT IT AS WELL.

THEN APPLY A DARK MASCARA ON YOUR EYELASHES TO MAKE THEM FLARE OUT.

HOPEFULLY NOW YOU WILL HAVE BEAUTIFUL ';CAT'; EYES! GOOD LUCK!!How do u make your eye makeup look dark and like cat eyes?
buy black eyshadow and black eyeliner. what u do is put the makeup starting from the inner eye all the way to ur brow bone blend, than use pinky finger blend some more, thirdly line eye staring from inner corner of eye to outter going up this makes the eyes catty and the eyeshadow gives the smokey look . this is how i get the smokey catty eye i get compliments all the time.i hope i helpedHow do u make your eye makeup look dark and like cat eyes?

Im sorry i dont know but when you get the answer pleaaazzzze e-mail me the answer at jess_heredia@yahoo.com please ive been trying to figure that out for years
swing out your eyeliner like cleopatra but not as dramatic
eyeliner and if not that, get contacts
To make them look like cats eyes, you can get special contact lenses. I like to wear dark eye make up and I use black liquid eyeliner, on my upper and lower lashes and smudge it, ever so slightly.
By using a very good liqiuid black eyeliner [Rimmel] is pretty good and darker shades of black eyeshadow all blended in and take a cotton bud and smudge it...

You can buy great black eye pencils [L'oreal]

The cat look is only acheived with a liquid eyeliner, just draw a line and give it a flick at the end of your eye.

go to walmart, and buy HiP true color cream eyeliner in black, and some false lashes ...

instead of applying to eyeliner regularly, apply it to your whole lid, and then below your eye, on your waterline, and just below, get a sponge tip applicater, and kind of blend it, below and above.

Then apply 1 coat of mascara, and apply fake lashes. once the glue dries, add another coat of mascara, and Then you're done!! :)

%26amp; some sheer pink blush! How can i get this eye makeup look (pic included) ?
    Step 1 tools

you need a good black liner pencil a good mascara and a silver eye shadow and brush

    Step 2

Use the liner under your eye as normal then startat the bottom of your eye hold the pencil at a slant and shade the eye in and roughly rub.

    Step 3

Dampen your eye brush and using the silver eye shadow lightly brush in right of your eye(closet to your ear) to get a smokey effect

    Step 4

    Apply plenty of mascara

    Step 5

apply a tiny amount of the silver eye shadow under your eye

    hope that was clear enough!!
    simple =]]

do your foundation as normal, using a lighter shade around your eyes (but blend it properly)

under your eyes draw a thick line with a black cream pencil (miss sporty is perfect) and follow the line round to the top

make the line on top slightly thicker, building it up gently and slightly flicking at the sides

use a nice black eyeshadow to thicken the line more (it will make the colour much more intense)

then apply lots of mascara (or false lashes)

    and that should be it

a lil hair spray to keep it in place

    =]]]

it looks like that girl has too much mascara %26amp; eyeliner, i wouldn't go for that look unless u want ur lashes to fall out or look like a raccoon. Try going with a more natural look or smokey eyes cause that's what's in. Plus the girl in the pic. is emo, so don't try 2 be something ur not. Not trying to be mean just honest :)
    To acheive this look, buy black eyeliner and put it in a nice medium layer on top of your eye and put it in a thin layer under your eye. Color contacts may vary. ( ;

That looks like a set of false lashes which you can find at any beauty store. Black eyeliner all the way around the eye in a thin line. Shadow with black and gray. darker shadow in the crease out to just before the edge of the eyebrow but not all the way up to the eye brow, leave the fleshy area diretly below the eyebrow bare and gray on the highest, roundest point of the eye lid, where you can feel your eye. blend together and presto. ask the attendant at the beauty store for paper to hold under your eye to keep from getting smudges. if you have dark undereyes you need to apply concelor and powder first. this will also help the color stickHow do i make my eye makeup look like this?
Don't we all have dark circles under our eyes? I do! Hope this helped you! Report Abuse

Your going to need a good base to put all over your eye, probably a matte beige or cream colour. Next you're going to need a black eyeshadow, dark grey and a grey. You can substitute the grey for purple, green, blue, brown, pinks even..depends on what you want it to look like. You are going to take an eyeshadow brush with the light gray (or whatever colour) and apply it to your crease (outside corner of your eye, where the bone is) all the way to the inner corner on your whole eye and go back and forth until desired darkness is achieved. Next your going to take the dark grey colour and go over what you just did with the light gray but only half way, so until the middle of your eye. Take the black and just do the outer corner of your eye and the crease. I would also take an angle brush (if you dont have an angle brush, a thin brush or applicator will work) and put the black on your upper lashline (as if you were lining your lashline). Blend with finger if necessary. You can always add more and play around with it. A helpful hint..if you want your eyeshadow to stay on longer...put a foundation on your lids before applying any eyeshadows! Hope this helps!
those are false eyelashes... just go for a smoky look with dark grey eyeshadow and a liquid black eyeliner and use false lashes. I prefer the individual lashes, but those look like they're a full set... you can find them at the drugstore or target.
Use dark colour eyeshadow, eye liner and mascara!!~
all you need to do, is find a color eye shadow that will bring out your eyes, and then take a black eyeliner pencil and trace the shape of your eyes, it needs to be not neccessarily outrageous but bold enough to create a dramatic look like the one you want. then you need to find a mascara that will lift and make your eyelashes longer a fuller. make sure your curl your lashes with a eyelash curler before applying mascara. this should do the trick because i do this look on myself and my sister alot!!!! GOOD LUCK, HOPE IT TURNS OUT BEAUTIFUL
use dark brown eye shadow black eyeliner I like covergirl liquid and mabayne mascara
You need to put on tons of dark dark kohl. Then you have to get a mascara that's really thick and dark and that makes your eyelashes look real thick. Then you have to get a real dark purple eyeshadow and you put on tons of it.
It's the ';winged'; eye look. All ya gotta do is line your top and bottom eyelids w/ the eyeliner--black for dramatic effect. Then you get eyeshadow and apply it to the top lid. Use a mascara applicator w/ close bristles and apply.

What's the best eye makeup look for my eyes?

my eyes r green and i can't find the right eye makeupWhat's the best eye makeup look for my eyes?
Depends what sort of green tone your eyes are. Try looking at a color wheel for more ideas. Most of the time, one can discern better from it.

Usually, lighter greens go nice with more silvery, pale colors, medium with somewhat darker colors, and dark green eyes usually are nicely brought out with plain shimmery browns or low-tones.

However, one shouldn't always let total strangers choose their eye-makeup. It may be best to just go by trial-and-error to see which ones you think look nice. What's the best eye makeup look for my eyes?
Brown eye-shadow works best with green eyes. Try almay's, its in a palette with a few shades designed just for green eyes.
probably a color eye liner mixed with some shimmery blue eyeshadow!
hello, I think that the mascaras are the best for the eyes.
if you are warm colored wear colors like bronzes, golds, %26amp; metalic purples, or get the color coppering from its a warm red coppery color. ((Red is across from green on the color wheel))

if you are warm colored wear browns, beiges, purples/plums/violets. etc. embark from mac has red in it try it))
it depends on what look you are going for. do you want to enhance your eye color? Are you looking for an every day look? If you are wanting to bring out your eye color, think of the color wheel- contrasting colors bring out the brightness in eachother. Think blue/orange. Green/red...and I know that you may thing 'red' is a bad color, but you can find some browns with a berry or wine hue in them that may work well. The key is to consider your skin tone as well. I think coppers and golds may work well too, and if you don't cake it on, that could work for a day and night style. One of my all time favorite colors is Urban Decay in 'Smog'. With one or two layers is works well for the daytime, but if you wet your brush when applying for a more concentrated effect, it's also wonderful for a nighttime/ dramatic look.

If all else fails, go to a make up counter and ask the person for a mini-make over. It's customary to purchase at least one product, so keep that in mind, but it may give you a good direction to look the next time you are shopping in a more affordable place. (if finances are an issue)

This is the first time I'm trying to put a link with my answer, so I hope it works!
Almay sells good everyday combination specifically for different eyecolors, they look really nice.
go to Nordstrom and try MAC the girls there will help u choose the right color.
metallic eyshadow/glittery just on the end of the eyelid it looks wicked
Well with light eyes...dark shadows are the best. Like dark browns and dark pinks. Bare Escentuals has nice eye make up...they have matte finish, shimmer finish, and an in between of those 2 which is very nice... a lot of great colors. Their make up is sold in Sephora, and check out their website.

Also...the way you should apply it... I used to do some modelling so I actually had to learn this, I'm sure theres other tips too but heres one... The crease of your eyelid, in between your actual lid and the skin under the brow...in that crease, especially over towards the outter part of your eye, and lightening as you go in..thats where you'd apply the darkest shade, in that crease..

Use a tone of the same shade you used in the crease for the actual lid...a bit lighter.

Use a soft cream color directly under your brow, so it blends in but it will create the look of bigger more open eyes.

Also apply a little white cream shadow to the inner corners of your eye...just a dab, and blend with your finger. That will also make your eyes appear larger.
use deep purples i have green eyes too and i use purples and lylacs :)

I want my eye makeup to look like the real house wives of atlanta sheree and lisa?

I see these people on the show and their eye make up is always just so perfect and their foundation match their skin so well is there a professional produst for blacks to use that stay looking so professional? I use HIP make up but it don't last all day.I want my eye makeup to look like the real house wives of atlanta sheree and lisa?
There are two things that are important in order to get a professional look when applying makeup...product and tools.

Eyeshadow with more pigment will show up more vivid on women of color. What you will want to do is to get at least two real hair eyeshadow brushes. One that is flat for applying your base color and a contoured brush to apply color in the crease of the eye. When first starting out with eyeshadow, I would stick with two contrasting colors. (i.e. taupe and dark brown, light pink and a deep purple, etc.)

Using your flat brush take the lighter color and apply over your entire lid. If you have oily skin you should prep your lids with a pressed or loose powder that matches your complexion. Now using the contoured brush apply your accent or darker color just in the crease of your eyelid. Add a black mascara and you all set. A basic defined eye.

And if you want a color to pop a little more just add a drop or two of water to your brush.

Some great lines for colors include MAC, HIP, Make Up Forever, and IMAN.I want my eye makeup to look like the real house wives of atlanta sheree and lisa?

How do you do smoky eye makeup without looking like a raccoon?

i have very fair skin, but really want to do smoky eye makeup. how can i do it so it looks good and not like i got punched? How do you do smoky eye makeup without looking like a raccoon?
so smokey can be established with several different colors. Most people think they need a black eye shadow, but it doesnt always have to be that way. Also! A lot of people dont know this, but using your finger instead of an applicator helps give a more even blend of color.

I would start by using an eyeliner that is a charcoal grey. Then, I would buy a three combo eye shadow, probably in a smokey grey, a dark blue and a light blue. Use the light blue for the area directly under your eyebrows, take the grey and fill your eye lid area with that, and then use a bit of the blue to blend into the light blue and grey. You want the color to be even so it looks more natural. How do you do smoky eye makeup without looking like a raccoon?
