How do I do my eye makeup so that it looks like Taylor Swifts?

I love how she wings out her eyeliner but I am not sure how to do that!! Besides that how else can I make my eyes look like hers?

use a liquid liner, it helps. but when applying top eyeliner, just keep going and let the pencil/brush go naturally with the curve of your eye.
I love taylor swift, she has proffesionals do that...good luck though.
