What colors of eye makeup would look good on me?

I'm asking this question for Homecoming, which I will be wearing a black dress for. I have brown hair, dark brown eyes, and fair skin.

bronze or browns mabey purples? you can get eye intense stuff from almay thats suspose to match your eye color to help your eyes stand out i have the one for green eyes and i liek it

I think that eyes are the most expressive feature on your body, which is why you always want to make them stand out. The problem that a lot of girls have is that while they make their eyes stand out, you can tell that they wear make-up. Make-up was made to enhance and perfect features, not completely change them.


So, the first thing you need is a good base coat. What I mean by this is that if you have any blemishes over your eyes, cover those up with a good concealer that matches your skin tone. Then, put either foundation, powder, mousse, or a combination of it all over your face, including your eyelids. Make sure to get all the way to the edge of your upper and lower lids so that your skin doesn't look discolored.


Then, swipe a light coat of white shadow to the crease of your upper lid. Blend it with your base coat. Also bring your shadow brush under your lower lashes and blend. The purpose of the white is to make your eyes pop. If you get some powder on your lashes, leave it because it will make mascara stick better.


Put some bronze shadow over the white on your upper lid and blend. Instead of just blending on your upper lid, blend over the white on the lower one, too. This will make your eyes sort of ';glow';.


Next, draw in a thick line of either black eye liner or dark brown for a special effect (try it out before the dance to see what one you like more) .


To finish off the look, swipe some either lengthening or volumizing mascara over your lashes. Tada!!
bronze/purple as mentioned before. the smokey eye would go with the dress. create smokey eye by adding a darking shade in the crease and on the outer lid, and adding a dark grey shade on the bottom of your eye
Greens look really good with brown hair and brown eyes!! I have brown hair and brown eyes and have tried every color and green seems to be the only color that really looks good! Hope I helped. Have a great day!!!
just do a classic smokey eye-it will highlight your eyes, make your dress look fab and show off your fair skin tone!

i think either a light pink or a light brown and mix some white with it tho :]
