go to walmart, and buy HiP true color cream eyeliner in black, and some false lashes ...





instead of applying to eyeliner regularly, apply it to your whole lid, and then below your eye, on your waterline, and just below, get a sponge tip applicater, and kind of blend it, below and above.


Then apply 1 coat of mascara, and apply fake lashes. once the glue dries, add another coat of mascara, and Then you're done!! :)

Step 1 tools


you need a good black liner pencil a good mascara and a silver eye shadow and brush





Step 2


Use the liner under your eye as normal then startat the bottom of your eye hold the pencil at a slant and shade the eye in and roughly rub.





Step 3


Dampen your eye brush and using the silver eye shadow lightly brush in right of your eye(closet to your ear) to get a smokey effect





Step 4


Apply plenty of mascara





Step 5


apply a tiny amount of the silver eye shadow under your eye

do your foundation as normal, using a lighter shade around your eyes (but blend it properly)





under your eyes draw a thick line with a black cream pencil (miss sporty is perfect) and follow the line round to the top


make the line on top slightly thicker, building it up gently and slightly flicking at the sides





use a nice black eyeshadow to thicken the line more (it will make the colour much more intense)


then apply lots of mascara (or false lashes)





and that should be it





a lil hair spray to keep it in place

it looks like that girl has too much mascara %26amp; eyeliner, i wouldn't go for that look unless u want ur lashes to fall out or look like a raccoon. Try going with a more natural look or smokey eyes cause that's what's in. Plus the girl in the pic. is emo, so don't try 2 be something ur not. Not trying to be mean just honest :)
To acheive this look, buy black eyeliner and put it in a nice medium layer on top of your eye and put it in a thin layer under your eye. Color contacts may vary. ( ;
