My eyes are dark.


They look black, and they're almond shaped.

Try green. A light Green it would open up your eyes and get you some great color.

use purple....mix it with brown to make it pretty but not overdone. try Almay shadow for brown eyes...it's at any drug store and costs about $6.00
Use mascara and eye-liner.
Since your eyes are already dark, avoid using dark shadows. They will only darken your eyes more and make them look smaller. I would suggest not using dark eyeliners either. Try using an eye highlighter (or white eyeliner) on the inside corner of your eye. That will definately open your eyes up more. Use some mascara too. As for the makeup look? Go purple. Shades of purple are great for dark eyes. Stick with light shades. (Or use a dark shade as a base, then build lighter shades on top of that). I have dark eyes too and purples look great with them. Okay Ill start with eye shadow first.





Green eyes- Purple will make your green brighter and really let them show!


Brown eyes- To make brown eyes brighter use blues to let them show!


Blue eyes- Use browns and dark browns to pop these out!


For all eye colors Natural looks great on all of them! Browns, earth toned colors work wonders!





Mascara





If you are a red head or blonde- Brown and black brown looks best.


If you are a brunett or have very dark colored hair- Black is the best color!
Well to get the bigger effect, curl your eyelashes (if you dont already) and use a lengthening mascara. and for dark eyes i recommend light shades of plums. they make brown/dark eyes really pop.

Stick to neutral tones like browns, beiges, and pinks. To make your eye pop use gold.
