What kind of eye makeup will look best with naturally red lips?

I'm Irish, so I'm naturally extremely pale with a generous helping of freckles. My skin gets red pretty easily, and my lips are permanently a pretty deep shade of pink/red. I'm tired of trying to cover them up, so what kind of eye makup would look best in your opinion? I'm 16, if that will affect your decision. What kind of eye makeup will look best with naturally red lips?
When you have a feature you like play it up and tone down the rest of your makeup.

To play up those pretty lips I would slick on some clear gloss.

Now to tone down the rest of your face use a light face powder just to even out your skin a little bit and help control the redness you may get from pale skin. For your eyes curl your lashes and apply some brown mascara and brown eyeliner. What kind of eye makeup will look best with naturally red lips?
hmm u could do just abt anything, for daytime, you could highlight ur lips with a pretty gloss and pink blush and neutral or champagne colored eyeshadow, u could use shimmery pinks, browns, anything, once it's not a crazy bright color to compete with ur lips, or for nighttime, or evening makeup,u can do a soft, smokey eye, with browns and golds, or maybe a winged eyeliner, cat-eyed look, that would be pretty as well.
with bright lips, you have to play it down with calm eye makeup.

try pale, pastel, earth tones and neutral colors to keep your face well balanced and fresh looking, without looking over done. If you need a bit more help on deciphering these colors, simply google: neutral colors or: earth tones or: any of the above.

i really hope i helped :D

bright lips means that you go easy on the eyes. i would do a thin swipe of winged eyeliner and nothing more. keep it simple and only play one thing up at a time
go neutral with the eyes...maybe sweep a beige/ light taupe color on your lids and use eyeliner on your top lid only. sweep some mascara on and you're good to go
