try using a plum eyeliner, it makes dark brown eyes stand out.
and i would recommend one coat of black or dark brown mascara on both top and bottom lashes, and go with a light purple eye shadow on the lids of your eyes and a bit darker eye shadow on the creases. What eye makeup looks good on...?
use natural coloured eyeshadow. use white or silver eyeliner on your eyelid black on the bottom makes you look too dark. I personally think that using mascara makes you fake and all I'd stick to just the more natural stuff though
green, blue, purple eyeshadow
gray eyeliner.
and black mascara, with a fuller look.
