i.d suggest black liner, smudge it a little, then add the pink %26amp;%26amp; blend the black %26amp;%26amp; pink together. just practice until you get the look just right. practice makes perfect :]

woooooo pretty look.. start with a liquid eye liner.... really heavy. but not messy.. also mascara on the top and bottom set of lashes. and use a pretty pink eye shadow..
