http://i12.tinypic.com/4pt4arn.jpg

explain it in steps. dont just be like 'eye shadow %26amp; lots of liner %26amp; mascara' thank you =]How do i get my eye makeup to look like this?
first your need to wash your face so there isnt any dirt or anything on it. next take foundation bare minerals by neotrigena is really light and works the best. next take eyeliner to make it look like the picture you need DARK eyeliner. as dark as you can find. then just take your time putting your eyeliner on. wut helps me is if you make little marks and then connect them. this will also help to make the line straight. then do the same on the bottom. next take DARK mascara. revelon 300x really makes your eyelashes long and dark. next take a natural colored eyeshadow and brush it on thinly. you can use a little blush but you dont need to. if u do use a light color. finally take a light pink lip gloss. just a thin coat.

hope i helped :-)How do i get my eye makeup to look like this?
try to find a champagne color or light beige not white though...put it on your eye lid then put a highlighting color under your eyebrow your total eye should now be covered, the pic looks like liquid eye liner so you may want to try that she has it applied on both the upper and lower, take part of t your finger pull the skin under your eye and apply your eyeliner on the outs of your eye you may wanna use a pencil (black)for that part. If your not comfortable with doing you eye make up you can always go to clinique in the mall and they will show you for FREE!!! ok now apply you mascara on both sets of lashes upper and lower. and now you look good.
to be honest that picture is quite blurry and i'm not sure what kind of accurate suggestions you might get out of that...

she just looks like she put one lighter silvery color eyeshadow all over her lids...lined her entire eye with black liner, and put mascara... honestly. that's all you can really tell from the picture, it's not clear enough for lots of detail.
find a smoky black eyeshadow and dim it with a little bit of cream eyeshadow and then apply mascara and maybe some black eyeliner!
ok first wash your face so it is not oily then put your eyeliner on in a thick line but not too thick or it will look bad then put on your eyeshadow craefully so you sont get it in the liner then just do whatever to your lips and if you want consealor and blush then do it
You really dont need shadow for this unless you aboslutely want to!

Unfortunately it really is JUST a lot of liner (smudge it with a finger or brush to get that broad line) and a TON of mascara. if you want a greater contrast, put a shadow a shade lighter than your skin town on your lid and just above your crease before applying liner.

Practice Practice Practice!! (or take the picture to your local beauty counter and ask the lil girl behind the counter to do it and show you how)
1.) apply a light eyeshadow right under the brow line and on the inner corners of your eyes

2.) apply a darker shadow to the eyelids

3.) then, in the crease apply the darkest shade eyeshadow, down to the outer corner of your eye.

4.) line the top and bottom lash line w/ eye liner

5.) apply mascara to top and bottom lashes

(it's best to get an eyeshadow trio w/ colors that go from light to dark)
get a soft brush and apply lightly
line the whole eye, both top and bottom corner to corner, in a dark black, smoke gray eye liner

use a dark gray eye shadow on the top, and either a dark brown could work too then the brown bone, top of eye use a light shimmer on the top

use lots of mascara! dark black

to add some pop

under the eyes line it then have a shimmer under neath too, like the top of the eye or get a shimmer stick to use under the eye liner
Start with a clean face. Take black eyeliner - regular pencil liner, not liquid. Draw a line along your upper eyelid along the eyelashes. Do the same thing on the bottom and put more of a thick line towards the outside of your eye. Take dark brown eyeshadow and fill in your eyelid and you can even blend it lightly outward toward your eyebrow. Finish off with mascara on your lashes and put some more on the outer lashes towards the outside of your eye to give that ';fanned out'; look
ok well first apply a gold eyeshaddow then apply a really dark maskara, like black...lol. then apply a black eyeliner above on your eyelid and below your eye, and apply a lot of it. well i hope that helps and btw whos the photo of???
first curl ur eyelashes..then apply black eyeliner. thinner in the inner corner, thicker on the outer corner. then apply golden eyeshadow above the inner corner and apply black mascara
this is silly question
